Oscypki - paradise of regional cheese
When you decide to spend your vacations in the mountains, it is mandatory to try traditional delicacies. Different kind of cheese: “gołki” (cheese made with cow`s milk), “oscypki” (smoked cheese made of salted cheese milk) , “bundz” (sheep`s milk cheese), “korbacze” (string cheese) served with pink wine or sauté, satisfy the appetite for regional rarities.
